Quick tip of the day

Emailed from Brittany:
"1.) When making FastPasses during the summer, make sure to put your outdoor attractions early or super late in the day due to thunderstorms. We had our slinky dog cancelled twice because it was midday. We got to ride it but had to stay way longer until it reopened.

2.) If you only hold one FastPass (first two were used or you’ve begun booking extra after your first three) and it becomes multiple experience due to closure, the system will allow you to book another. "

Quick tip of the day

Emailed from Carolina A.:
"We were in Pandora just enjoying the surroundings after riding Na’vi River Journey and had my very small twins stand in front of the height measure for Flight of Passage to take a picture. I wanted to have some pics that I would retake in future years to have a comparison pic which I think looks cute. A cast member working there proceeded to give us a family FastPass for when they are tall enough!"

Quick tip of the day

Emailed from Emily F.:
"Just listened to your Rachel Trip Report and she mentioned filing claims with her trip report. One reason we always do the dining plan is because that is also covered by trip insurance as a pre-paid portion of your trip. Last time we were there, I got sick and we ended up with several unused credits. We prorated out the cost of the unused credits and were reimbursed by our trip insurance."

Quick tip of the day

Emailed from Angela R.:
"I am in the process of planning our second WDW trip. When traveling to WDW (and most places) our family prefers to fly Southwest for a variety of reasons. I have found that we can have a significant cost savings if we book our airfare the day Southwest airlines releases the schedule that includes our travel dates. This time we are flying 5 of us for a little over $900."
